My name is Victoria and I created Moon and Stars yoga in 2024. I've been practicing yoga for around 7 years before becoming a teacher.
For me, yoga brought balance and calmness into my life and my regular yoga practice was a place where I could switch off from my busy work life and re-connect with my body and mind. Yoga is a perfect way to regulate your nervous system and keep your body and mind healthy.
Moon and Stars Yoga is a sanctuary for your soul, offering guidance on the path to holistic wellness for all fitness levels. I strongly believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone and I welcome students at all levels and I offer modifications to make my yoga classes inclusive where everyone feels warm and welcome regardless of their fitness ability.
I practice a gentle Vinyasa Yoga combined with Yin elements and I use essential oils in my practice to help my students relax and unwind. A combination of movement and breathing gets your heart pumping, just enough to help you unwind and relax at the end of the class.
