About Moon and Stars Yoga
I'm Victoria, the heart behind Moon and Stars Yoga.
My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, leading me to discover its profound impact on mental clarity and physical well-being. Naturally, I wanted to share this beautiful experience with others in my own way. I offer:
- Yoga. Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga with restorative elements. Students at all levels are welcome and modifications are offered to create an inclusive and comfortable environment. Aromatherapy: I use essential oils to help my students relax and unwind. Sometimes its lavender, but other times I have more complex mixes to lift the energy up.
- Corporate wellbeing: having had an office job for the last 15 plus years I understand the importance of prioritising your employees' wellbeing. I offer corporate yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions.
- Sound healing. I now also offer sound bath sessions privately, in group set ups and to corporate clients.

YOGA STYLES
Aligned Flow, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
Aligned Flow combines traditional asanas (Hatha system) with meditation, breath practices, Vinyasa and Yin/restorative elements. It is an intuitive, accessible and inclusive style of teaching yoga through asana practice. It allows students to experience yoga based on their body's abilities, as well as limitations, making it a unique and positive experience for everyone in the class.
Ashtanga yoga style is all about discipline, repetition and continuous improvement through regular practice.
Vinyasa is a creative yoga where we connect movements to our breath.
